2000-2003 #Studied BA(Hons) Illustration at the Southampton Institute, Southampton, England

I have been a creative person for all my life; already as a child I knew that I wanted to become an artist. In Nov 2003 I graduated from Southampton Institute with a 1st Honours degree in illustration and have since had three exhibitions - two in Southampton and one in Sweden. I am exhibiting again in Sweden in July, and also in November 2004.
Having just moved back to Sweden I am continuing to pursue a career as a freelance illustrator. I have so far created a CD-cover for a Swedish band and had four images published in various media:

Most of the time I use mixed media to create my pictures. I do a lot of photography and like to use it either as reference to paint from, or merged with other materials such as acrylics, oil paint, watercolours, pastels, inks, fabric and other material, objects etc, etc. Symbols and mythic/fantasy ingredients are frequent elements in my art, but I also like decorative art such as art nouveau and calligraphy and often include that in my images.
